«Stirol» didn’t reduce throughput in October
The biggest Ukrainian mineral fertilizer producer Concern «Stirol» has managed despite crisis during October to maintain rates of growth and obtain in whole positive results of its economic and commercial activity. Thus during October 2008 it was increased production of practically all main products of the Concern. Particularly during October it was produces 123 853 t of ammonia (+ 4,1% comparing to October 2007), 79 152 t of urea (+3,1%), 49529 t of granulated ammonium nitrate (+24,7%), 2 642 t of sodium nitrate (+14,9%).

EBRD is considering granting of the Loan to Stirol
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which is the biggest investment international bank operating in countries of Central and Eastern Europe and also in CIS states and which one of main activities is financing investment projects matching international technical, process and environmental requirements, is considering granting of the Loan to JSC «Concern Stirol» for implementation of big project in the framework of Concern’s strategy, aimed at energy and resources efficiency. Project has already passed strict international due diligence with respect of its correspondence to principles and procedures of EBRD.

Net Profit of «Stirol» during 3d quarter has increased 11 times
JSC «Concern Stirol» during 3 quarter of 2008 has increased sales and production volumes for all main final products. In total «Stirol» during 3d quarter this year has sold final products on the amount of 1 billion 692 mln. 013 thousand hryvnas (UAH), that is by 114,2% more than during the same period of last year.

«Stirol» during 9 months has sales volume by 47,9%
JSC «Concern Stirol» during 9 months 2008 has increased sales and production volumes for all main final products. In total «Stirol» during January-August this year has sold final products on the amount of 4 billion 136 mln. 343 thousand hryvnas (UAH), that is by 49,7% more than during the same period of last year.
